Affirmative Technologies offers multiple payment options to reduce payment acceptance cost by using electronic ACH payment processing. Our WEB initiated payment capabilities enable your customers to authorize and initiate electronic payments to you from their bank account in a secure web environment.

To provide a format for consumers to enter payment information, your IT personnel adds a secure page to your web site with an image of a check explaining the required items needed for creating payment transaction and any other payment related data requested providing a form for the collection of the information. This form is designed as an image of a check so the consumer can identify with the relevant information from his or her own check.
The API is written in standard XML language that includes a list of comprehensive settings and instructions that can easily be followed. Affirmative Technologies will also be involved in the initial settings and provide technical assistance with the client.
Risk Factors to Consider: Single Entry vs. Recurring WEB
There are two distinct Web entries- the first being low-risk of return, such as a recurring bill payment; and the second involves a much higher level of risk and a greater likelihood of fraud that includes electronics, pre-paid cards and other products and services that are deemed one-time purchases by the consumer.
Deploying fraudulent transaction systems to minimize the potential for fraudulent transactions are recommended. Affirmative can provide additional risk tools such as data validation for ensuring the bank information is accurate and proper ACH routing information, along with additional authentication services.
